The first destination of this year's trainee excursion was Bubesheim, where the day began with a hearty, oriental-inspired breakfast. Strengthened, they continued to the "Bavaria Kart" go-kart track in Günzburg, where the team spirit came to the fore. The trainees and their trainers put their sporting ambition to the test in thrilling races and took part in exciting competitions. The mixture of thrills, speed and fun encouraged team spirit and strengthened the team dynamic.
An unexpected event brought the team's energy to the fore: on the way to the go-kart track, a tire on the company vehicle burst unnoticed. The damage was only discovered on arrival. But after karting, the UGA employees showed their flexibility and changed the tire as a team - a clear sign of the strong team spirit and hands-on mentality that characterize the company.
The day ended with a relaxed stroll through the historic old town of Günzburg, before the group reviewed the day's experiences over dinner together.
