Due to the transformation of the German economy towards more sustainability and climate neutrality, there is a special focus on the expansion of renewable energies and the electricity grid. This is shown above all by the approach of the new German government; in particular, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection announced once again in its inaugural climate protection review that it would increase the share of renewable energies to 80 percent by 2030. Immediate measures also include accelerating the expansion of solar and wind energy, more building renovations and a heating strategy for buildings.

Building technology, renewable energies, energy technology and e-mobility - all these topics are also exhibition focal points at eltefa, the trade fair for electrical engineering and electronics in Stuttgart.
