Stay flexible when plans change: A blind cover is included with all BKD150 cable entries. This allows you to retrofit your wall insert with a gas- and watertight seal.
You need a GSS spanner (order no. GSS) to fit the blind cover.

Seal substations safely and conveniently. For this purpose, this system cover includes 3 curved and flexible cable protection conduits for cables with a diameter of 22 - 57 mm - ideal for concreted-in wall inserts in angled walls. Thanks to the hot-shrink sleeves, the spiral conduits are gas- and watertight up to 2.5 bar.
To fit the system cover, you need a GSS spanner (order no. GSS) and a heat gun or gas burner.
BKD 150-SYSTEM
Quick and easier to install - and immediately pressure-tight afterwards: Depending on the variant, this system cover fits up to 8 cables and pipes with a diameter of 7 - 108 mm. Precisely fitting hot-shrink sleeves reliably seal media cables with larger clamping ranges. Cold-shrink sleeves are also available on request.
Depending on the variant (see product data sheet), the cover is equipped with various protruding pipe sleeves and hot-shrink sleeves. Some are sealed and you can break through these as required. The bayonet connection and a screw connection secure the system cover twice. For this you need a GSS spanner (order no. GSS) and a torque spanner.

Your choice when you want to tie a pipe or flexible cable conduit: Thanks to a wide range of sleeves, you can connect smooth walled pipes and corrugated pipes with a diameter of 40 - 170 mm. High-quality tension straps provide the necessary hold. The cover itself is double-secured.
The sleeve is made of EPDM rubber. You can choose from different variants with different diameters. The bayonet connection and a screw connection secure the system cover twice. For assembly, you need a GSS spanner (order no. GSS) and a torque spanner.

If you want to retrofit existing cables and pipes with sealing, this insert is your solution: Thanks to the multilayer technology, you can adapt the system insert flexibly and directly on site - because of its division, this is easy. The insert fits up to 10 cables or pipes with a diameter of 4 - 110 mm.
For retrofitting the sealing: With the system insert, you do not incur any additional costs for drilling. You can choose from 4 different inserts for your requirements: for 3, 6 or 9 cables or for 4 plus 6 cables - all in split design. Thanks to the integrated bayonet lock, you can easily mount the insert in your BKD150 system.

Also fits your requirements: We manufacture the interchangeable insert made of rubber individually for you so that it reliably seals your cable situations. Another advantage: you can also retrofit and install the insert - for maximum flexibility.
For retrofitting the sealing: With the system insert, you do not incur any additional costs for drilling. Thanks to the integrated bayonet lock, you can easily mount the insert in your BKD150 system. Different versions are available: for example, 1 cable with 110 mm diameter, 3 with 43 mm, 5 with 34 mm or 9 with 24 mm.

Customised for you: The individual system inserts are manufactured with customised press plates to reliably seal your cable situations. We always supply the customised system inserts in a split version for installation with cables and media that have already been laid.

The safe choice for you when strong forces are at play: The split BKD150 system insert Pro, with its large sealing width of 64 mm and 2 sealing rings, is especially suitable for sealing thicker cables. A metal bayonet between the rings ensures the insert locks optimally in place and can thus absorb forces such as radial loads, cable deflections, etc.

The flexible choice when strong forces are at play: The split BKD150 system insert Pro with interchangeable insert, with its large sealing width of 64 mm and 2 sealing rings, is especially suitable for sealing thicker cables. This leaves all options open for you, as you can adjust the configuration of the entry afterwards using the interchangeable insert – without having to replace the entire sealing.
