    Wall sleeves for embedding in concrete

    When laying cables and pipes through ceilings, walls and foundations, UGA offers the right wall sleeve for almost every situation. UGA wall sleeves are impressive in many ways: through their material quality, easy handling, range of variants and individual cutting.

    UGA offers wall sleeves made from plastic, fibre cement and stainless steel, which are supplied in the desired diameter and length. Stainless steel and fibre cement wall sleeves are also available with fixed and loose flanges. All wall sleeve variants are suitable for installation in watertight concrete constructions (stress class 1 and 2).

    Wall sleeve FU

    FU/(G)/(A)/U(L)/O(L)/V2A

    Wall sleeve FU with central flange for encasing in concrete in closed and non-split version (G). In the split version, cables and pipes may already have been laid before concreting - the wall sleeve has a split surface. Product is supplied with PE lids to protect against dirt and concrete slurry.

    • Dimensionally stable wall sleeve with central flange made of stainless steel as water barrier
    • For waterproof concrete structures (class 1 and 2)
    • Central flange is 100 mm circumferential
    • High degree of individuality in adapting diameters

    Wall sleeve FU

    FU-K/(A)/U(L)

    Plastic wall sleeve is high quality and full-walled made of hard PVC. Product is only available in a closed version, i.e. cables and pipes can only be inserted after concreting. Product is supplied with PE lids as protection against dirt and concrete slurry.

    • Very high tightness due to two lip seals and mechanical roughening in the middle
    • Low weight enables installation in waterproof concrete structures (class 1 and 2)
    • Available in four different sizes

    Fibre cement wall sleeve in closed and non-split version. The special material enables an optimal connection with concrete. Matching PE lids as protection against dirt and concrete milk are optionally available.

    FU-KFR

    High flexibility on the construction site: The FU-KFR wall sleeve can be individually adapted to all wall thicknesses or extended as required using the integrated sleeve. The wall sleeve has a sawing area with guides and a length scale, making installation quicker and easier. The supplied sealing covers protect the wall sleeve from contamination during the shell construction phase.
