Production Team Leader, Sealing Department (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Technical leadership and organization of a production team (approx. 5–10 employees)
Ensuring optimal staffing and adherence to production targets
Managing and monitoring workflows, including the continuous improvement of processes and work techniques
Responsibility for key performance indicators, quality, deadlines, and workplace safety within the area of responsibility
Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
Active participation in the team’s further development
Coordinating with adjacent departments to ensure efficient workflows
Supporting and collaborating with the team

Your Profile

Completed technical training
Previous leadership experience in a production environment is a plus
Strong technical understanding and practical problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally ERP systems)
Hands-on approach and high level of commitment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
