    Congratulations!

We congratulate Martin Kiener on his successful apprenticeship as an industrial clerk!

It's 1 September 2020 at UGA in Bolheim and, as always, an exciting day for all trainees as they start their careers. Two and a half years later, Martin Kiener is in the same place, but has made great progress with his apprenticeship diploma in his pocket.

Thanks to his ambition and good grades, he was able to shorten his training period. During his time at UGA, he not only got to know the products in production, but was also able to gain experience in different departments such as purchasing, the quotation and order department as well as marketing and accounting. During his apprenticeship he also had the chance to further his education through internal and external trainings.

We are happy that you will stay with us until autumn in the internal sales department. We thank you very much for your commitment and wish you all the best for your private and professional future and a lot of success and stamina for your studies.

    Martin Kiener

What I liked about my apprenticeship was that although you were more or less thrown in at the deep end, everything was explained to you and you were given a lot of responsibility. The trust of the long-term employees towards the new trainees is great. I was able to gain a lot of experience by working independently.
